Periorbital dermoid cysts often present in childhood, and are excised via an eyelid crease approach. Late presentations of fronto-temporal dermoids are a challenge due to their size. Removal is often not possible without a visible external scar. The endoscopic browlift approach can be applied to such lesions for a minimally invasive approach. By placing the incisions hidden in the scalp, this approach allows removal of the cyst with an excellent cosmetic and functional outcome. This video demonstrates endoscopic excision of a fronto-temporal dermoid in a young adult.
