    Dr. Nandini Ray demonstrates how to repair a posterior capsule after it is damaged due to sculpting. In this case, the capsulorhexis was in place and no vitreous was present. Hence, she decided to inject a multipiece hydrophobic acrylic IOL into the sulcus, with optic capture behind the intact capsulorhexis. The IOL was then dialed into place.
