Human Amniotic Membrane for Optic Pit

In this surgical video, Dr. Tommaso Rossi uses human amniotic membrane to treat a case of optic pit with neurosensory detachment. The human amniotic membrane was placed over the optic pit using an ILM manipulator. Within 1 week, vision improved from 20/400 to 20/40, with marked subretinal fluid reduction.
