    ILM Flap for Management of Optic Nerve Pit with Macular Edema

    This 37-year-old patient presented with blurred central vision. Examination by slit lamp biomicroscopy and swept-domain OCT revealed severe subretinal fluid secondary to an optic nerve pit. The surgeons created an internal limiting membrane (ILM) flap that was positioned to cover the exposed retinal tissue and prevent fluid accumulation.
