Dr. Gabriel Valerio demonstrates the use of the Lioli lens injector system in an implantable collamer lens (ICL) surgery to treat myopia and astigmatism. The ICL is placed onto the platform of the cartridge, which is then closed and placed into the injector. The plunger of the injector pushes the lens toward the tip and into the anterior chamber. Once fully deployed, all four corners of the ICL are tucked into the sulcus space.
