    Eyelid Malposition, Oculoplastics/Orbit

Involutional entropion is a common eyelid malposition resulting from horizontal eyelid laxity, overriding orbicularis oculi muscle and attenuation of the lower eyelid retractors. In this video, Dr. Stefania Diniz demonstrates a combination of techniques for correcting this type of entropion: lateral tarsal strip, orbicularis myectomy and reinsertion of the lower lid retractors.
