The Rescan 700 OCT (Carl Zeiss Meditec) is a real-time intraoperative SD-OCT integrated into the OPMI Lumera 700 microscope. This video demonstrates its use in a patient with epiretinal membrane and macular hole. Without looking up from the microscope, the surgeon can view the lamellar hole and the internal limiting membrane (ILM) peel, forceps visible as he grasps the remaining membrane.
