In this video, Dr. Mohan Rajan discovers multiple surprises while performing  AC IOL explantation, pars plana vitrectomy and endo laser photocoagulation on a patient with UGH syndrome. The patient, who had dense vitreous hemorrhage, was found to have 3 additional IOLs and a capsular tension ring.
