Iridodialysis Repair and Secondary IOL

A 45-year-old female with a history of remote blunt trauma was referred with HM vision, iridodialysis, aphakia, and residual lens material. After creating a 270-degree conjunctival peritomy, pars plana vitrectomy ports were inserted. Cleanup of anterior vitreous was performed, after which a pars plana lensectomy was carried out.
