    Surgery was done in a case of pseudophakic bullous keratopathy on 15-10-2013. Graft preparation: Donor corneoscleral rim with endothelial side up is placed on Teflon block, 30 G needle with air-filled syringe is used to inject air between pre-Descemet's layer and Descemet's membrane to create Type I bubble as described by Dr. Harminder Singh Dua. Trypan blue is used to stain the Descemet's membrane. Trephine marking is done and scissors are used to dissect the donor button.
