    Cataract/Anterior Segment, Pediatric Ophth/Strabismus

Surgical management of posterior lenticonus in children can be tricky, especially in the scenario of total cataract. Surgeons may face a dilemma whether to aspirate the lens mater from the periphery first or from the center. This video illustrates a technique how to aspirate from the center similar to the 'Biscuit in Chai (Tea)' phenomenon. Video authors: Drs. Goura Chattannavar, Adeline Lasrado and Ramesh Kekunnaya.
