    Surgeons use microincision vitrectomy surgery techniques to skillfully remove a subretinal Taenia solium tapeworm cyst in a 65-year-old male patient with cysticercosis. This minimally invasive approach allows for removal of the live cyst in toto, without need for large incisions.
