    Dr. Evripidis Sykakis manages a total dislocation of an IOL-capsular bag complex. He moved the complex into the anterior chamber by introducing viscoelastic into the chamber and used it to keep the lens in position. He then very carefully used a 7-0 suture and needle to correctly position the lens.
