He uses an animation and actual surgical footage to demonstrate dissection in a way that reveals anatomical landmarks without damaging the facial nerve. The anatomically precise dissection spares tissues and minimizes bleeding. Fibers are released equally and symmetrically on both sides, from the cheek up to the brow, temple and forehead.
