    In this surgical video, Drs. Wayne Gui and Pradeep Prasad demonstrate implantation of an Akreos AO60 scleral-fixated IOL using a modified technique first described by Jamin Brown, MD. This method utilizes a partial-thickness scleral pass of the CV-8 Gore-Tex sutures to minimize the risk of suture erosion through the conjunctiva.
