Morcher Pupil Expander

Dr. Howard Fine demonstrates basic use of the Morcher pupil expander, starting with a 2.5-mm temporal incision. He injects the pupil ring, which has facets with position holes that surround the margin of the pupil, and he engages the pupillary margin. He finishes by rotating the ring so that the opening faces the temporal corneal incision.
