Peripupillary Membrane Removal

The presence of a peripupillary membrane can often interfere with pupil dilation, even in minor cases. Dr. Robert Osher demonstrates a peripupillary membranectomy, which leaves the iris free to dilate. His technique is especially useful when the pupil is bound by synechiae.
