Dr. Lional Raj Daniel Raj Ponniah describes a case in which pigment dispersion was observed after uneventful microphacoemulsification. When irrigation, aspiration and IOL washing did not work, the surgeons decided to remove the IOL and insert a new hydrophobic lens.
