In this surgical video, Drs. Priya Narang and Amar Agarwal present a case of higher order aberration post-radial keratotomy and astigmatic keratotomy. They use pinhole pupilloplasty to impart pinhole optics and maximize the visual potential of the patient. Postoperatively, significant improvement in the visual quality was observed under mesopic and photopic light conditions for distance, intermediate and near vision.
