    In this clinical video, Dr. Sergio Canabrava presents a solution for avoiding the Argentinian flag sign. In eyes with noncomplete Argentinian flag, attempting the rhexis in the traditional way generates an oppositional force on the other side. Dr. Canabrava proposes making a central cut to create a pivot, thus canceling the opposing force and enabling the surgeon to safely complete the rhexis.
