The postoperative management of the nose after dacryocystorhinostomy(DCR) is important to increase surgical success and improve outcomes. This video aims to familiarize the viewer with the postoperative appearance and assessment of the nasal cavity after surgery, and to demonstrate common features such as crusting and granulomas and their treatment. The viewer will also become familiar with the endoscopic removal of tubes and functional assessment of success.
