    Preventing Miosis with Intracameral Omidria

    Omidria (phenylephrine 1% and ketorolac 0.3%, Omeros) is a recently approved pharmacologic solution for maintaining pupil diameter during surgery and reducing postoperative pain.  Dr. Robert Osher demonstrates his technique for intracameral administration. He says Omidria is especially useful in patients with a history of tamsulosin (Flomax) and those with smaller pupil size.
