    In this video, Dr. Jason Hsu shows a rare case of a progressive traction retinal detachment due to a congenital retinal fold that was repaired with vitrectomy. Critical steps included induction of a posterior vitreous detachment and removal of fibrotic preretinal bands on the surface of the fold. The case demonstrates the technique and the time course for improvement postoperatively.
