Single Pass Four-Throw Pupilloplasty

In this video the author depicts a simple, step wise approach of performing single pass four throw (SFT) pupilloplasty technique that creates a self-locking and a self-retaining appositional loop. The video also describes the advantages and applications of SFT in cases undergoing endothelial keratoplasty, cases with appositional angle closure and in Urrets Zavalia syndrome.
