    Cataract/Anterior Segment, IOLs and Implantation

This a case of a dislocated single piece PMMA IOL where the authors scleral fixated a CZ70BD single-piece IOL with a flanged 4/0 Prolene. This is a modified technique scleral fixated intraocular lens (IOL) without the need to create a scleral flap or suturing to the sclera and reduces manipulation of the haptics. The authors use a very stable single-piece PMMA IOL for scleral fixation, CZ70BD, avoiding the risk of breaking the haptic in a 3-piece IOL.
