In this surgical video Drs. Sendul and Mavi Yıldız demonstrate excision of a giant sino-nasal osteoma involving the orbit. The primary site of the tumor was the frontoethmoidal junction and nearly half of the orbital volume was invaded by the osteoma. The osteoma is excised via an external approach and subsequent medial orbital wall reconstruction was performed using a porous polyethylene implant.
