In this video, Dr. John Hovanesian describes his technique for implanting the Dextenza intracanalicular steroid insert. He places a punctal dilator into lower lid punctum and dries the surface prior to inserting the steroid plug. Additionally, he offers tips on how to troubleshoot challenging insertion cases.
