    Drs. Abbass Abolhasani and Rama Pourmatin from Iran demonstrate the management of post-traumatic corneal laceration, partial aniridia and traumatic aphakia. The 30-year-old patient sustained sharp ocular trauma in the right eye, and presented with count finger visual acuity, limbus-to-limbus corneal laceration, subtotal traumatic and aniridia aphakia. The surgery included an artificial iris fixation, scleral IOL implantation and penetrating keratoplasty.
