In this video presented during the Retinaws symposium at the 2011 Annual Meeting, Dr. Athanasios Nikolakopoulos manages a case of traumatic choroidal rupture at the macula in a 20-year-old patient. After removing the cortical vitreous, Dr. Nikolakopoulos stains the internal limiting membrane (ILM) with brilliant blue G before peeling to prevent the risk of macular pucker.
