Traumatic Macular Hole Repair

Dr. Rishi Singh shows his technique for repairing a traumatic macular hole in a 22-year-old patient injured by an airbag deploying during a car accident. Using intraoperative OCT, Dr. Singh performs a pars plana vitrectomy, followed by internal limiting membrane (ILM) peeling using an internal flap technique.
