In this video, Dr. Ashley Brissette describes managing a uveitic cataract caused by chemotherapy. The treatment led to uveitis and formation of a dense cataract with significant posterior synechiae. Dr. Brissette used viscodilation, Kuglen hooks and a Malyugin ring to break the adhesions and stretch the pupillary margin. The patient received a toric IOL for corneal astigmatism.
