    Anterior Lamellar Keratoplasty, Cornea/External Disease

Wild and advanced non-scarred keratoconic corneas were subjected to a Femto assisted mid stromal dissection of 9.5 mm in diameter with two parallel incisions through which a formerly prepared donor stromal lenticule (Femto-dissected) of approximately 200 microns was transplanted for stromal augmentation, followed up to one year and compared with DALK. Scopes for residual refractive measures, namely contact lenses, phakic IOL’s, corneal ring segments and excimer lasers post augmentation, are discussed.
