A complex condition, uveitic macular edema is not a disease itself but a variety of cellular and molecular nonspecific inflammatory processes that lead to accumulation of fluid in the central retina. This learning plan, based on IRIS Registry measure IRIS35: Improvement of Macular Edema in Patients with Uveitis, reviews the available treatments for uveitic macular edema.
