Facial Swelling After COVID-19 Vaccine

She explains that some patients who have received facial fillers may experience facial swelling after receiving the vaccine. There have been 2 cases of swelling in the area of filler placement after vaccination. However, this should not dissuade patients from receiving the vaccine; swelling in these patients subsided with oral antihistamines and steroids.
