In this clinical pearl, Dr. Amar Agarwal talks about managing silicone oil synechia glaucoma, where patients have silicone oil in the eye and high IOP. To treat these patients, first review their anterior segment OCT images. If there is a closed angle, remove the oil and perform a single-pass four-throw pupilloplasty; if not, a trabeculectomy or a valve procedure is recommended.
