    Cataract/Anterior Segment

Dr. Rahul Pandit demonstrates the "twist and out" technique for intraocular lens (IOL) removal that he and his colleagues first described in a 2020 published paper. The technique involves the surgeon using 360 degrees of rotation to retract the posterior chamber IOL through a 2.2-mm incision after it is removed from the capsular bag or sulcus space.
