    Presented during the Cataract Spotlight at AAO 2017, this is a case of a 66-year-old that has a 20/20 pseudophakic right eye and is interested in surgery in her left eye despite longstanding poor vision. She has a black lens as well as open-angle glaucoma, and her intraocular pressure (IOP) is 22 mm Hg on 2 topical meds. A MIGS (microinvasive glaucoma surgery) device is planned.
