The International Symposium on Wartime Ophthalmic Trauma, part 2 of 4. While prompted by events in Ukraine, the symposium is intended to be a broader humanitarian effort to educate an international medical and paramedical community on the ocular aspects of war. The American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery hosted the event, in which the Academy and more than 20 other ophthalmic societies participated.
