We demonstrate the use of a novel “copy-paste” technique for peripheral corneal pathologies where tectonic noncircular corneal grafting is indicated. The technique allows the surgeon to custom-size new donor tissue to fit diseased host tissue and is amenable to full-thickness or lamellar grafting techniques. Two selected surgical cases demonstrate the flexibility and successful use of “copy-paste” in corneal surgery.
