Glaucoma Update: Escalating Therapy Upon OCT or VF Change

Macular OCT changes can be helpful in confirming retinal nerve fiber layer (RNFL) progression, and knowing risk factors for fast visual field progression facilitates confirmatory testing to support sooner escalation of therapy.
