    Complications, Uveitis

A 38-year-old patient presented with iris melanoma. This was excised, leaving surgical coloboma, and he presented again with visual disturbance and glare. Custom-made color-matched iris prosthesis from Dr. Schmidt Company was implanted for the surgical coloboma and resulted in good cosmetic appearance. After 4 years' follow-up, he was found to have low-grade anterior uveitis and endothelial cell loss with inferior corneal edema. This video illustrates surgical methods and the associated complications associated with this iris implantation after years of surgery.
