Dry eye disease secondary to chronic cicatrizing conjunctivitis represents a challenge for the clinician. This video presents the surgical technique of minor salivary gland transplantation for treating severe dry eye in a patient with a history of Stevens-Johnson syndrome. The surgical technique includes harvesting the oral mucosa with the minor salivary glands, preparing the recipient bed, and suturing key points to achieve a successful procedure.
