A Troubling Lid Artifact in a Glaucoma Patient

    Glaucoma Subspecialty Day 2022
    Diagnostic & Imaging, Glaucoma

In this presentation from Glaucoma Subspecialty Day 2022, Dr. Atalie Thompson details the case of a 52-year-old African American man complaining of blurry vision in his right eye for 1 month. The patient had a history of mixed-mechanism glaucoma, moderate in the right eye and mild in the left, status post laser peripheral iridotomy in both eyes. His history also included poor adherence to follow-up and noncompliance with medications to lower intraocular pressure. Dr. Thompson presents the ocular exam results, clinical course, final diagnosis, and outcome, with feedback from an expert panel.
