Periorbital Changes
Periorbital changes may provide clues to the underlying disorders. For example, ecchymosis of the eyelid skin may be a sign of metastatic neuroblastoma (Fig 2-1), leukemia, or amyloidosis. Table 2-1 lists various periorbital signs and their common causes.
