Supranuclear Causes of Abnormal Ocular Motility
Most supranuclear disorders affect both eyes equally and therefore do not cause diplopia. However, certain supranuclear lesions do not result in a symmetric effect and thus may produce ocular misalignment and diplopia (Table 7-1; also see Chapter 8).
