  • A Princeton Graduate, Dr. Lisa Arbisser, teaches cataract and anterior segment surgery from her Iowa and Illinois practice, Eye Surgeons Associates, PC. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the University of Iowa. Dr. Arbisser is an adjunct associate professor at the University of Utah Moran Eye Center, a frequent visiting professor at many residency programs and a former president of the American College of Eye Surgeons.

    Dr. Arbisser regularly gives a course on vitrectomy for the anterior segment surgeon and has an interest in complex cataract cases, as well as refractive cataract surgery. She has performed live satellite interactive surgery at major national and international meetings and is a reviewer for the Journal of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.

    Dr. Arbisser is also a member of the editorial board of Cataract and Refractive Surgery Today and EyeWorld, and serves on the cataract/anterior segment committee of the Academy's ONE Network.
