Dr. Teymoorian is a glaucoma and cataract specialist with Harvard Eye Associates in South Orange County, Calif.
He is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine MD/MBA program. He completed an internship at UC Irvine School of Medicine and his ophthalmology residency training at the University of Missouri in Kansas City, where he served as chief resident. At Stanford University, he completed a glaucoma fellowship.
He was an original contributor to the "Eye Handbook," a popular ophthalmic smartphone application. He is a frequent lecturer and moderator at local and national meetings. Dr. Teymoorian also serves as volunteer faculty at Gavin Herbert Eye Institute at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center, helping to train residents and medical students, and as a mentor for students interested in pursuing a career in medicine.
