Dr. Guy Kleinmann presents a case of traumatic aniridia and aphakia with high corneal astigmatism that is treated with a custom-made artificial iris, to which the surgeon sutures a toric intraocular lens (IOL) and then fixes everything with 4 flanges to the sclera.
