Management of Acute Hydrops

A 28-year-old girl presented with left rapid drop of vision and showed Hydrops on examination. After medical treatment for ten days, with more swollen cornea and endothelial separation, injection of SF6 to fill 90% of anterior chamber succeeded in regaining the vision and clear cornea.
