    Management of Malignant Glaucoma

    Dr. Shubham Malpani manages a case of malignant glaucoma, also known as aqueous misdirection, with a complete pars plana vitrectomy and irido-zonulo-hyaloidotomy to control IOP. He uses a combined anterior and posterior segment approach, emphasizing complete vitreous removal. A 23-gauge vitrector is used to create multiple peripheral iridotomies at inferior positions.
